Indexation incomplète

Bonjour,

Depuis plusieurs mois, Copernic Desktop Search n’accomplit plus l’indexation demandée.

Les courriels sont correctement indexés, mais l’indexation des fichiers stoppe en 2009.

Je n’ai pas vu de paramètre concernant la capacité d’indexation ni un moyen de l’augmenter. La commande « Mettre à jour l’index » n’a aucun effet.

J’apprécierais une solution à ce problème.

Since several months, Copernic Desktop Search does not perform the requested indexing.

Emails are correctly indexed, but the indexing of files stops in 2009.

I did not see a setting for the indexing capacity or a way to increase it. The "Update Index" command has no effect.

I would appreciate a solution to this problem.
