Dear Copernic team,

with the recent Copernic update, my WIN 10 / Outlook 2019 environment crashed: Copernic does obviously no longer recognize the main Exchange account in my Outlook, and the corresponding .OST file can also not be added manually (since only .PST files are accepted):

RESULT: all Emails in my exchange account are no longer indexed!

HELP!

Thanks,

Peter

Newly installed CDS with outlook extensions activated, bu no outlook folders can be indexed. The program suggests that I have to activate the extension first. Strange.
