I'm thinking of switching from eM Client to Outlook for my Windows email client. I'd like to understand how CDS handles search results, and I can't find any help on the topic. If CDS finds an email that contains the search terms, if I double click that result, does CDS take me to Outlook and open that email (i.e. the equivalent of how it handles a Word doc result)? If not, what does it do? Thx

Hi Neil,
Sorry no one has answered you here. Hopefully you have found your answer since. When I use outlook and find the result I intended, double clicking will open my outlook app. You can also right-click the file and pre-emptively decide to reply, reply all, forward, etc which will open your email with that action already done.
