I'm new to Copernic Desktop Search and am wondering how to index hidden hidden files or files in hidden folders. I frequently archive sets of older documents by hiding the folder they are in. Thanks!

Hi Dominic.
Thank you for your question.
In order to allow Copernic to index hidden folders and files, type "Environment Variables" in Windows Start menu.
On windows 11, this will bring you to system properties in the control panel. Select "Environment Variables". This will open a new window.
In the user variables section, click "New..." and enter the following:
Variable name: CDS_EnableIndexingHiddenFolder
Variable value: 1
If ever you wanted to index system folders (which we do not by default in Copernic), you can select "New..." from "System variables"
Variable name: CDS_EnableIndexingSystemFolder
Variable value: 1
I am attaching a screen shot as a reference.
