I am troubleshooting reasons that CDS repeatedly tries unsuccessfully to index certain files, and tries to access them each time.
One reason for this some file extensions that CDS does not know what to do with. It would therefore be an improvement if CDS can give the user the option of excluding user-specified file extensions from indexing and directing certain other user-specified file extensions as text files. The interface for this could be an input field (one for each of those options) in the CDS Options where the user can provide a string of extensions.

You can do this in "options", "advanced". All extensions are adjustable and you add as much you want, even with an asterix in.
