Opened Copernic Desktop Search.  First view highlighted Extensions.  Tried to search for a key word.  No results.  Clicked on extensions - all seemed normal .  Clicked on back to main view. Configuring enabled extensions .  Please wiat... came up and 30 minutes later I am still waiting.

If I leave the Search blank and click on the 'Files' button 4,554 files are shown. However, if I click the 'Indexing error' button the same number are displayed. Going to the preview pane for one of those and entering 'Lucy' I can then see each instance of the word within the individual file as I jump to the next in the preview pane - and yet if I enter 'Lucy' in the main search that file is not shown.

Not for me. I installed the professional program. Enabled the pdf and the google drive extensions as well as others, and it is simply not indexing them (tells me there are no files to index).

thanks
