I got some unique Thunderbird update (changed formats, icons, layout) that I haven't gotten on my other computers. Copernic indexing on this computer went away. I tried pointing to the Thunderbird files and all the suggestions for Thunderbird indexing but still have zero in "Emails" tab
I guess I'll have to back up, delete, uninstall Thunderbird, re-install (will that be different than updates from older versions on my other computers -- which "version" may be my problem?) then update all the emails on my server?
I'd still like to be able to index archived emails.

I see Tony from Technical Support responded via our private messaging system but have copy/pasted his response below in case others might find the information useful.
Major update of Thunderbird. I suggest re-creating your Thunderbird profile because there may be some remaining code that breaks the compatibility with Copernic in the Thunderbird files.
