J'ai déjà contacter le support par email : COPERNIC (support@copernic.com) avec l'envoi des pièces justificative, expliquant mon incompréhension et ma surprise. C'était le 13 juillet 2020.

I have already contacted the support by email: COPERNIC (support@copernic.com) with the sending of the supporting documents, explaining my incomprehension and my surprise. It was July 13, 2020. cordially
