I am a new user. When I select an indexed file in the Copernic UI there is no preview of it. For example if there are 4 search items found for a content search I want to see those 4 occurrences in the preview pane with highlighted text for the search terms. Is this possible? Seems it should be, thanks. Al (San Francisco)

I see Tony from Technical Support responded privately via our ticketing system. I have copied his response below should it benefit others:
Sometimes Copernic has issues with large files. You can try to move the file out of the folder it was indexed from and re-add it back to see if Copernic now indexes it correctly (green checkmark)
If it still doesn't work after this, you can send us the file and we can test it on our end to see if we can index it.
