I've noticed several of our installations coming up with expired licenses after we already renewed and installed the new license keys. It's been going for months, but after seeing the forums here, it's probably been longer. I've noticed our proxy server is blocking the outgoing traffic and preventing Copernic from checking in. I'm assuming it does this periodically because this will happen with different installs and at different times. Each time, I have my users open a browser and surf the web. Once the SSO gets them logged into the proxy, we can go back and reactive Copernic. It's fine and we don't need to re-import the license key.
That brings me to the following:
I'm trying to find a URL for the registration/activation server so that it can potentially be whitelisted, but I cannot seem to find that anywhere right now. With that, we can at least eliminate anything on our end.
