I am currently a system administrator in a company. One of our employees asked us to use your "Copernic Desktop Search" software, so we installed it on his workstation.
Since then, he's been calling us because he's been getting proxy messages. All our installed software has its automatic updates disabled, and we don't intend to open the proxy rules for this software specifically. What's more, I can't find any settings to disable the search for updates.
Could you tell me how to disable the automatic search for updates, so that the request for proxy credentials no longer appears.
