I first purchased Copernic for my Law Firm over a decade ago. I found it to be very helpful. It would give me the results of bullion searches by displaying sentences or parts of paragraphs were the words showed up.
More recently, design changes, made the searches much more difficult and the indexing of my files ate up all of my computer memory. So I dropped it.
I’d pick it up again if it gave me better search results and I could do a work around all of the memory it requires. I don’t need all my files searched only some dealing with my cases.
Thus, this is just my constructive criticism. It needs to be easier to work with and not so hard on my computer.

I wanted to let you know that the dev team has told me that there will be performance enhancements in the next release which is tentatively scheduled for the week of February 17th. Please note that I completely agree that you should only index files you need if you have a specific use for Copernic. Refer to How To Add Modify Remove Folders & Drives to help you with this. You can then apply the same logic to your emails, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Keep the feedback and questions coming. Have a good one.
