That means your license needs to be authenticated for offline use. I have outlined the steps for creating that below. Please send that our way when done.
How to Export an OffllineLicense.lic File:
1- Exit Copernic Desktop search. (File > Exit)
2- Go to C:\ProgramData\Copernic\DesktopSearch
3- Delete all license keys located in this folder
4- Disconnect from the internet
5- Start Copernic Desktop search
6- Click on "Import the license file"
7- You’ll be invited to Export the license. Click on EXPORT
8- Browse to where you want to save the exported offline license file
9- A file named "OfflineLicenses.lic" will be created
10- Send us this offline file
11- The file will be authenticated and sent back to you
12- Restart Copernic Desktop search
13- Disconnect from the internet
14- Import the license file
15- You’ll be invited to Import the license. Click on IMPORT
