When I shut the program, and then want to open it again later, it does not respond at all to start the program.
Only if I re-boot my computer can I then restart the program.
Help please.

No. If I close the program, only a 50% chance I can re-start it without a computer re-boot.

Is the program running 'minimized', in the taskbar tray, or in the background, perhaps?
