The "Extensions Store" button of the application takes me to this page, which shows the available packages and also individual extensions for purchase. The Professional and Advanced editions show "ePub (e-books) among the extensions, but the ePub extension does not appear in the available extensions further down the page. Can this extension not be purchased separately?
