The corpernic will not index anything but downloads. I cannot index word documents. I have the version of Word 2016. If you can't fix this I would like a refund.

I see Tony from Technical Support resolved this in our ticketing system but I wanted to leave this here in case it will help others.
You should have received a file as an attachment with the Verifone / 2checkout confirmation email. (check in your e-mail spam box). Please let us know if you'd like us to resend it.
You never imported your license to activate Copernic, so this is why you cannot see Word files. Download the license file to your computer, and in the Copernic Extensions / Licenses options, you will need to import it. If you don't have it, use the attached license file which is the same one.

1. Open Copernic
2. Go to "Extensions / Licenses".
3. Click on Import license file.
4. Select the license file that was received.
