Your Licence Already Activated On Another Computer

I renamed my computer and now I'm getting an error and now its telling me the licence is active on another computer (its not).


Its the same computer so why am I getting this error and how do I resolve it?

I see Tony from Technical Support responded privately via our messaging system: 


Copernic licenses are bound to the original PC name when you first activate it. Renaming your PC will give this error.


We are able to resolve it on our end by releasing the license. For this to happen, please email us at support@copernic.com.
