Hello, I had to reset my computer and when I try to load the licence it tells me that I have exceeded the number of uses. I understand why the problem occurred, but the reality is that I am not installing the software on a new computer, but on the same one, restored as if it came straight from the factory. What can I do?
Thank you very much. Kind regards,

I see Tony from the Support Team responded privately but wanted to provide information for others experiencing the same issue. In this case, the computer had been renamed. Tony released the license from the computer's previous name and the license was imported. For case-specific issues such as this, the Support Team is happy to assist! They can be reached at support@copernic.com.
