Best way to thoroughly re-index

All of a sudden, Copernic (6.0.2) is no longer indexing at least one key location on my hard drive.

I went in and asked Copernic to re-index the drive, but it only took about 30 mins, and still couldn't find these files I know are there.

So I want to do a thorough re-indexing. If I simply uninstall and then reinstall, will that do it? Or are there registry keys I should delete? Or is there a folder (running Windows 10) that I should delete, in addition to the Program Files directory with the .exe?

I see Francis responded privately via our messaging system. I have included his response below for those that may be experiencing the same. It is important to note that we don't support CDS 6; our Technical support team can be reached at support@copernic.com for assistance with more recent versions:

I would suggest uninstalling completely Copernic Desktop Search from your computer.

Go to Windows Control Panel > Programs & Features. Uninstall Copernic.

Do not keep previous index and settings. Reboot the computer and reinstall Copernic Desktop Search 6 from scratch.

Here's the link to CDS 6 download.
