i found this running on my PC which is located here:

C:\Program Files\Copernic\DesktopSearch\CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe

Is that a legitimate file of Copernic ?

Don't worry it is not a malware, it is a legit file from the Copernic installation folder :)
