Is it possible to exclude a file type from the search results? Suppose I have text (.txt), Word, OpenOffice and pdf files with the same phrase in and I want to exclude text files from the listing, can I do this?

I wish it were easier, but it can be done. If you type in "-(.txt)" without the " " after your search terms, it will exclude that file time. You can add multiple file types to exclude with this method.
