Hello, my problem is the following. When I open a found file from inside Copernic it is opened as a "tmp-#####": not with its original name, even though the file kind is correct (i.e. a doc file is opened in word etc). This is a big problem because without the name it is impossibile to recognize which file you are working with. can anybody help?

Hello, I am having exactly the same issue here. Did you manage to find a solution for it?
I think this issue occures if you move the file into a different folder or location after it has been indexed. Can't be 100% but it is what I have observed.
