I have been using Copernic for several years. And I have automatic license renewal and automatic payment setup. But every time I start copernic I am warned of invalid license keys and keys not being authenticated on this computer. No matter how many time I import my new license key the problem persist. It does not help to refresh or whatnot. Basically Copernic is delivering piss-poor service to its costumers and as this problem have been the same for several years this will be my last subscription to Copernic and I will sincerely warn others not to subscripe to this shitty setup!

I see Patrick from the Development Team responded via our ticketing system. I have included his advice below to benefit others:
The new Copernic license bundles uses a new single license key inside the license file. If you import your new license file put preserve your old expired licenses, Copernic will continue to tell that your older licenses are expired.
You can click on the "Remove" button next to each expired licenses under the Extensions / Licenses menu or manually delete all license files and reimport your new license file using those steps:
1- Exit Copernic Desktop Search. (File > Exit) 2- Go to C:\ProgramData\Copernic\DesktopSearch 3- Delete all license keys. 4- Start Copernic Desktop Search. 5- Import the license file once again.

Nikolai, I'm having same problems. Support tells me to re-import key, and the system goes through indexing process, but then behaves as if I didn't have the key at all when finished; requests upgrade as if I had an expired trial. Did you ever solve? Complete re-install?
