No Start menu entry after install, can't run any .exe

Hi,


I signed up for a trial and downloaded the software and installed it. Immediately following the install the software ran and I indexed my drive now i can't launch the program anymore. None of the dot EXE files in the program directory launch the program and I have looked in the system tray it's not there.


When I do, how do I tell it to index thunderbird email? Do I simply let it index the profile directories?


What should I do?
