I reinstall my computer regularly and despite following the instructions to uninstall to transfer the licence every time I get this error on reinstalling. It is incredibly annoying having to contact you every time even when I follow the instructions. Can you please release my licence and also please fix your process to transfer licences so I don;t have to keep doing this,
thanks,
Darren.

Tony from Technical Support responded privately via our messaging system but this is a common question so I have included his part of the answer that is not specific to the clients' information.
This is normal because Copernic licenses are bound to the computer name. When you reinstall, it changes so the license gets deactivated so you need to contact us to release the old computer name that is activated.
You may contact us to release that license at support@copernic.com
