How can I add new network folder or network drive ?

CDS can index shared or mapped network drives.To add network folders to the index, you need to add the folder in the watch folder list in Copernic Desktop Search options :

  1. Click Tools menu (Tools > Options > Files).

      2. Click the Add button.


  1. The "Add a Folder" window appears.
    1. Select a drive and, if needed, browse to the folder you want to add.
    2. OR Type the UNC path leading to the folder you want to add in the Folder text box.


If your indexation does not start immediately, make sure to verify your indexation settings (Tools > Indexing & Performance).
