Copernic can remember the last five keywords typed in the main search box or the textboxes in the Refine section. This is called the search history. If you set the focus on a textbox, Copernic will display the five most popular saved searches with five suggestions (indexed filename for example) for a maximum of ten.
For example, if I type the character "a" in the textbox Copernic will display the most popular saved searches beginning with the character "a" for a maximum of five saved searches and completed with indexed suggestions to give a total of ten.
Enable Save search terms history:
- In the Tools menu, click Options...
- Select the Advanced tab.
- In the Others section, check the option Save search terms history.
- Click Back to main view or Escape key to confirm and close the Options window.
NOTE: IN THE REFINE SECTION, THE SEARCH HISTORY IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE TEXTBOXES AND NOT FOR THE COMBO BOXES.
