I see all the extensions available but no description on what it actually is other than the basic obvious. Am i blind, I would love to pay the $30 for the additional extension if i it can do what i need it to do.

I see Tony from Technical Support answered this privately via our ticketing system. I have included his response below should it benefit others:
We don't really have a full explanation but on our pricing page you can see which extensions do what if you scroll down a bit and look on the left side next to the extensions.
