Hello @all,

First, for mail directories under my Outlook mailbox, I can't find the Drafts folder in the interface.
Also other folders below the inbox are not selectable.

Secondly
I have subfolders under Drafts and would like to limit the search to a subfolder under Drafts.
I have not been able to do this with other folder structures that are not under Drafts. The search is then not complete.

Glad about tips and a syntax with operators for the search bar.

Hi there!

I see Tony from Technical Support responded via our ticketing system. I wanted to leave the response here so others that may be experiencing the same can see it:

This may be caused by a timeout while scanning Outlook folders. I suggest to temporarily pause the indexing and click on the "Refresh" button to reload the email tree.

You can use the "Email folder" refinement to search in a specific folder and sub-folders.
