You can search the contents of your emails and their attachments. In the Options window, the "Emails & Organizer" tab displays the email folders that can be indexed. You can index the entire mailbox, or only part of it. Hence, email folders can be added or excluded.
To exclude an email folder:
- In the Tools menu, click Options...
- Select the Emails & Organizer tab.
- Open the Tree and uncheck all mailboxes or folders you want to exclude.
- Click Back to main view or Escape key to confirm and close the Options window.
