Move or delete an email (Microsoft Outlook only)

Move an email

When you find the email you have been looking for, you can move it to another folder.

    • Select the email you wish to move.
    • Right-click on the item and click Move.
    • Select the desired destination folder.
    • Click OK.

Delete an email

When you find an email you no longer want, you can delete it from directly form Outlook with Copernic Desktop Search.

    • Select the email you wish to delete.
    • Right-click on the item and click Delete.
    • The email will be deleted from Outlook.
